Scope and Contents
This series contains Sister's 1923 copy of the book "Elements of Costume Design," by Downs and O'Leary, a handmade and written pattern book showing stitching patterns and how to make various garments that was used as a teaching tool for her sewing students, handwritten "Menus with Directions for Preparing Meals" for her cooking pupils, and a scrapbook made by Roberta Scheid Rhue in 1932 under Sister's direction.
