Scope and Contents
This collection consists of biographical information and personal papers. Biographical information includes a personal data sheet, teaching certifications and applications, ministry lists, academic diplomas, a delayed record of birth, jubilee and funeral materials, community obituaries, memorial cards, and photographs.
Personal papers represent her personal life, her career as a science teacher, and her artistic life. Included are news clippings, academic transcripts, a series of brief biographical accounts, personal correspodence, teaching contracts and evaluations, awards, and certificates. Also included are illustrated, handwritten, and typed notes on biology, either from a class she taught or from when she studied as a Master's student in biology at DePaul University. A series of her artistic works demonstrates her range of skill in a variety of mediums. It includes a sub-series of calligraphic and design works, a watercolor painting, a sun-catcher, and various mounted specimen collages which combine her interests in science and art. Housed in a seperate box (D.1) are further crafts and items that show her skill in leather-working, jewlery-making, and wood-cutting.

Conditions Governing Access
Sisters' papers are restricted for 50 years after the Sister's death. Photographs, previously published, and widely distributed materials are unrestricted.
