Scope and Contents

Commemorative booklet prepared for the Diamond Jubilee (1856-1931) of St. Benedict Convent, Erie, Pennsylvania. On p. 11, it records August 1, 1860 as the day the Sisters set out for Chicago, but it was, in fact, 1861. It also names Mother Antonia Hermann, OSB as the superior, not Sister M. Framcis Knapp. Why?
