Biographical / Historical
Sister Judith Doerann, OSB was born on Judith Anne on May 12th, 1938 in Evanston, Illinois. She entered the community on September 12th, 1956, and was invested on April 27th, 1957. Sister recieved the name Sister Augustine in religion,making her final profession on August 16th, 1962. Following Vatican II, Sister reclaimed her basptismal name, becoming Sister Judith.
Sister Judith attended Saint Scholastica High School before graduating from Mundelein College in 1964. She served as a teacher at Saint Scholastica High School Chicago, and Saint Leander School in Pueblo, Colorado. She left the community on July 17th, 1971.
