Biographical / Historical
Sister Bernice Godec, OSB was born Pauline Mary on January 16th, 1903 in Pueblo, Colorado. She entered the community on December 31st, 1926, making her final vows on August 16th, 1931.
Around 1943 Sister served in the kindergarten started by Sister Raphael Zeller, until she fell ill and was sent to hospital.
She left the community on May 18th, 1945, and died on March 19th, 1983. She is buried in Pueblo, Colorado.
