This sub-series includes research notes, drafts, and articles of a four-part Benedictine history that Sister wrote to commemorate the order's 1500th year in 1980. The history was published in the Pueblo Star Journal and Chieftan.

This sub-series consists of Sister Jeanne Hegarty's autobiographical writings and reflections, many of which were likely written as part of a larger family history she was compiling. Over the course of several documents, she recounts early childhood memories, memories of her parents, and her trips to Rome (1998) and Mexico City (1981).

Materials related to her family and its history that Sister likely collected or requested upon writing a family history. Includes reflections and memories of family members, lists of relatives, funeral information, and more.

This subseries includes assorted unpublished writings and poems by Sister Jeanne. Included is a speech she wrote in high school, several poems, notes for a parish newsletter, a life of Saint Benedict, and more.
