This sub-series is primarily comprised of lists of Sisters who taught vacation schools in Alamosa, Colorado. The Benedictine Sisters of Chicago had a large presence in the town, especially earlier in the 20th century. A pamphlet about the history of the Sacred Heart Church, a copy of some pages from "Our Community," and an Archives Newsletter are also included.

This sub-series details the summer schools of religion run by the Benedictine Sisters of Chicago at various instituions in Cañon City, Colorado, from 1929 to 1965. Sections from a June, 1929 entry of the "Cathechists' Corner," written by Sr. Scholastica Hrusovsky, OSB, describe the earliest days of the city's vacation schools from a first-hand account.

Material from the school includes data sheets and a small collection of memorabelia from the class of 1962 donated by Sister Joan Hentges, OSB, who was known at that time as Sister Theodore. There is also a certificate awarded in 1955 to the school children for an offering made to the Pontifical Association of the Holy Children.
