Holly, Colo.
This sub-series contains a list of Sisters who taught in Holly, Colorado, during three summers in the 1930s. Several missions of St. Frances of Rome Church are also listed.
Lamar, Colo., 1936 - 1937
This sub-series begins with a document listing the Sisters who taught summer schools of religion in Lamar, Colorado, from the late 1920s to the mid-1940s. A copy of a page from a section of "Our Community" on 1937 vacation schools, including the one in Lamar. Three small photographs of pupils, Sisters, and prists taken in 1936 and 1937 are also included, along with a map highlighting the town on a map of the region.
Manzenola, Colo.
This sub-series contains a single piece of paper listing two summer schools of religion taught in Manzanola, Colorado, and Progresso, Colorado. The first took place in 1938 with 203 pupils, although it is unknown which Sister or Sisters were stationed there at the time. The other was run by Sr. Mary Cornella, OSB, and Sr. Anne Spehar, OSB, at some point in the 1940s.
Minturn, Colo., 1952 - 2007
This sub-series contains many photos and several news clippings relating to vacation schools the Benedictine Sisters of Chicago taught in Minturn, Colorado, from the late 1930s to late 1970s. Most material was produced during the 1950s.
Montrose, Colo., 1968 - 1990
This sub-series is comprised of several maps highlighting the location of Montrose, Colorado, along with a pamphlet from St. Mary Church's 75th anniversary celebration and a 1968 Dateline Colorado story about vacation schools in the state.
Ordway, Colo.

All this sub-series contains is a sheet of paper noting that there was a vacation school in the town, and a brief archive note listing Sr. Mary Cornella, OSB, and Sr. Anne Spehar, OSB, as the only Sisters who taught in the town.
