Biographical Note
Sr. Ottilia Hoeveler made her first vows at a convent in Newark, New Jersey, her perpetual vows at a convent in Nebraska City, Nebraska, trasnfered to St. Scholastica Monastery on August 19, 1869, and founded St. Mary's Convent in Nauvoo, Illinois in 1874.
