This series contains photographs of Sister Cecilia's family members including, but not limited to, her brother and sister.

This collection includes much of the correspondences between Sister Cecilia and important figures in her life and career such as family members, and those that she collaborated with professionally.

Sister Cecilia kept many of the correspondences she recieved from family members spanning from siblings, parents, and cousins over the years

Sister Cecilia worked very closely with Rev. Martin Carrabine, SJ as his self-propcalimed "ghostwriter" in the creation and running of CISCA. This series containes much of the correspondence between Sister Cecilia and Rev. Carrabine during the CISCA years.

In collaboration with the brothers of Benet Lake, Sister Cecilia wrote a series of phamphlets called the "Why" pamphlets marketed towards teenagers in which she disectected questions surrounding the Catholic faith. This series contains correspondence between Sister Cecilia and the monks of Benet Lake during the creation of the "Why" pamphlets.

This series contains miscellaneous correspondences between Sr. Cecilia and many of her friends and associates. Topics range from book reviews, to jubilee congratulations, and more.

In collaboration with Rev. Virgil Michel and Rev. Martin Carrabine, Sister Cecilia created Chicago Inter-Student Catholic Action (CISCA). CISCA worked to empower Catholic students across the city to use their faith as a means of social justice. This collection contains the materials and papers regarding the creation, operation, and aftermath of CISCA.

This series contains the weekly agendas and transcripts of CISCA meetings spanning almost the entirety of CISCA's existence, as well as Sr. Cecilia's notes used during the meetings.

This series contains materials analysing the effects of CISCA on the youth it supported and on Sister Cecilia's life, some in her own words.

This series contains much of the correspondence between Sister Cecilia and Rev. Virgil Michel. Rev. Virgil Michel was a key contributer in the creation and operating of CISCA, he offered liturgical guidance and spoke at many of the CISCA meetings.
