This sub-series contains a list of Sisters who taught vacation schools in Olathe, Colorado, and an image of a Sister standing alongside eight pupils. The back of the print lists the year as 1944, although there is no evidence the Benedictine Sisters of Chicago were present in the town until two decades later. There is a good chance this photograph was taken later than listed or was captured in a separate town.

This series contains four Archives Newsletters published in 2007 explaining the history of the Benedictine Sisters of Chicago's vacation schools in Illinois, Arizona, and Colorado. Each town is listed, along with its parish, and which Sisters worked where when. A seperate document lists about how many pupils attended each summer school. Also included are some maps highlighting where Sisters worked in the region.

This sub-series is primarily comprised of lists of Sisters who taught vacation schools in Alamosa, Colorado. The Benedictine Sisters of Chicago had a large presence in the town, especially earlier in the 20th century. A pamphlet about the history of the Sacred Heart Church, a copy of some pages from "Our Community," and an Archives Newsletter are also included.

A passage from "Our Community" is included as a supplement beneath the section for 1942. It explains where Sr. Walburg Mater, OSB, and Sr. Gabrielle Pierik, OSB, taught in the town.
