This sub-series is primarily comprised of lists of Sisters who taught vacation schools in Alamosa, Colorado. The Benedictine Sisters of Chicago had a large presence in the town, especially earlier in the 20th century. A pamphlet about the history of the Sacred Heart Church, a copy of some pages from "Our Community," and an Archives Newsletter are also included.

Scope and Contents This sub-series contains a sheet of oral history stories from the Benedictine Sisters of Chicago's time in Crested Butte, Colorado. Originally St. Patrick Church, Sisters would later run vacation schools out of Queen of All Saints. The latter's architecture was beautiful enough to warrent a story in the Southern Colorado Register, which is also included. The only paper in this sub-series lists the Sisters who taught in Oak Creek, Colorado, along with the summers they were stationed there throughout the 1970s and early 1980s. Some background on what brought the Benedictine Sisters of Chicago to the town, along with some anecdotes from the community's time there are also included.

The collection includes a personal data sheet, nearest of kin listing, ministry lists, professional credentials, school records, certification, photographs, community obituaries, newspaper obituaries, jubilee liturgy worship aids, funeral homily, Mass prayer cards, and funeral worship aid. Also included are a number of family geneologies, personal correspondence, play programs, and glee club photographs.
